"Sleeplessness and drowsiness grasp the existence of a man. In his early days the death of
his father and the war had left him defenseless and ignored and ever since he was a child his
life became a mere sequence of breaks between naps. Unconsciously, sleep helps him find a
way to elude disquieting events but when somebody associates his sleep with death, he
eventually sees the reason of his dozing. Only when he travels he feels alive and attentive,
and when in the end he takes control he can leave for his real destination. It is not too late".
